Suppliers Showcase Excellence

The glamourous atmosphere of the Saudi Food Show gave our acclaimed suppliers an opportunity to proudly present their remarkable products, highlighting authentic qualities and vibrant taste. Meanwhile, our guests had the opportunity to venture into the world of the most luxurious cuisine, enjoy the finest delicacies and excite their senses with exceptional gastronomic delights.

Today, we at The Bridge would like to place our spotlight on the partners who supported us at the Saudi Food Show with their presence and unique culinary staples, both of which conveyed world-class gastronomy to each of our visitors.

This year at our stand, our partner GatherBy unveiled the full potential of healthy living by showcasing Manuka honey harvested from the Medicinal Honey Forests along the east coast of Australia. This pure golden liquid gathered in a specific climate is a statement and a vessel of sustainability and wellness.

Simultaneously, many of the prestigious gourmet dishes crafted by our chefs were generously enhanced with the marvellous Extra Virgin Olive Oil from our esteemed partner Chiavalon. Their one-of-a-kind “liquid gold” captures the richness and distinct flavours of the Istrian area, imbuing each drop with an ancient excellence sustained through millennia of tradition.

In the three historic days of the event, the gourmet experts of Karlic displayed unparalleled fresh truffles with distinct aroma and subtle, exquisite taste creating an enchanting gastronomic experience. Located in Istra, an area known for its multitude of white and black truffle varieties, each of their dainties offered a unique epicurean moment. To further complement our luxurious selection, Acetaia del Cristo provided us with their most opulent Balsamic Vinegar of Modena—the embodiment of temperamental Italian cuisine preserved through generations. The experts of this masterful enterprise, described their delicate condiment as “the very best expression of artisanal craftsmanship and human passion, revealing the rich experience of Modena’s ancient and fascinating heritage”.

Alongside the rest of our suppliers, the beacon of exclusive quality fresh salmon from the crystal clear waters of North-western Scotland, Loch Duart, showcased some of the jewels in their rich seafood collection.

All passionate connoisseurs of coffee had the opportunity to delight in the exquisite flavour and enchanting fragrance of Dokito’s natural beans. These artisans revealed that, through an ancient roasting method, the coffee beans undergo a balanced transformation, harmonising with the rhythm of nature and extracting subtle nuances which transcend the ordinary.

Amongst the plethora of other offerings at our booth, Mlinar introduced our guests to their fresh aromatic bread, which combines softness and crispiness to achieve the desired and timeless melt-on-the-tongue quality.

Out of all first-class food featured in our catalogue, we also had the pleasure to welcome the smoothest and most delicate Guffanti Gorgonzola cheese to our booth. Rooted in centuries of experience, these artisanal delights epitomise an impeccable treat which was made available for all of our distinguished guests to savour. 

One of our most wide-reaching partners, Vindija, showcased their inexhaustible assortment of dairy to our visitors, delivering unforgettable pleasure to all who had the chance to experience their products.

Finally, a brand known for creating culinary wonders, Frescobaldi, brought the unique beauty of their Tuscan land to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Refreshing, emerald-green olives and flavourful, antique grains precisely processed into a spoonful of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, imbued into a plate of the finest pasta, captivated palates and awakened the deepest sensual pleasures at this momentous event.

It was an honour for The Bridge to embrace partnership with all of our suppliers who represented their goods at the Saudi Food Show, providing lavish convenience and a magnificent experience to our guests. All of these aforementioned gastronomic experts enhanced the event with a sense of immense luxury and prestige, affirming their status as exclusive industry leaders.
