As The Bridge is one such project, tracing the course chartered by ‏His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman, we are honoured to have the chance to reflect upon some of the greatest developments that have been achieved under the Vision to the Future.

NEOM — The New Economic Zone.

Perhaps one of the most ambitious projects of the century, encapsulating the core meaning and values of this blueprint of progress, is the magnificent economic zone—NEOM. This initiative whose name literally translates to "New Future'' is set to create a series of hubs that house everything from tourism and luxury relaxation to a city facilitating 100% sustainable living along with a technological and business innovation zone with scale and scope rivalling that of Silicon Valley.

Along with its direct contribution to the development of the kingdom, NEOM has also opened the gate to countless partners with shared goals. Each of the subordinates to this grandiose venture has a unique piece of the puzzle that slots neatly within the framework of the future laid out in the Vision. Together with their partners, the visionaries standing behind NEOM drive talent development, contribute to ocean exploration and take a step towards making the economic area a global centre of sports.

Saudi Green Initiative — A Greener Planet

A project working primarily in service of the sustainability objectives of Vision 2030.

Through its efforts, this programme strives to enable the region to help protect the planet and contribute to achieving global sustainability targets. To do this, an ambitious road map has been charted which includes plans to reduce carbon emission by more than 10% of the current planet levels and plant more than 50 billion trees across the Middle East.

To achieve these ambitions, Saudi Arabia has established Green Initiative Foundation—a non-profit whose main objective is to support the country in the development and implementation of the Middle East Green Initiative and the Saudi Green Initiative. All of these undertakings position the kingdom as a world player of high influence to global innovation, development and growth. At present, countless international organisations have taken notice of the developments happening on Saudi territory and few have stayed silent; most have taken this opportunity to invest in the Vision and further the reach of humanity towards the future.

Red Sea Global — The Luxury Resorts

An ultra-modern version of the classic relaxation getaway, sustained entirely on renewable energy, with a central focus on health, wellness, relaxation and indulgence into the luxurious.

Another venture of high significance for the region and the world is Red Sea Global. This organisation, owned entirely by the Public Investment Fund of Saudi Arabia, operates two luxury tourist destinations that contribute to and build upon the splendour of the kingdom. Both The Red Sea project and Amaala aim to run entirely on renewable energy sources and provide a true experience of opulence and relaxation to their local and global visitors.

Amaala's focus is placed on luxury health, wellness and sport. As part of its offer of opulence, the mountain and sea retreat location will be equipped with a multitude of facilities for recreation, a world-class yacht club, sports performance academy and active sports club facilities including equestrian, polo, camel racing, falconry, golf and tennis. Meanwhile The Red Sea project has its sights on capturing breath-taking views, stunning experiences and hidden treasures of the land for the amusement and delight of its refined guests.
