Alessandro Miceli Delights Guests at The Saudi Food Show

The marvellous Saudi Food Show 2024 provided us with an authentic platform to represent the most remarkable achievements of The Bridge. As part of our presentation, we were delighted to experience and deliver some of the world's most prestigious meals, prepared by our acclaimed chef Alessandro Miceli. His elegant Italian culinary touch brought gastronomic mastery to The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Growing up on the shores of Sicily known for its exquisite gastronomy, Alessandro has been preparing dishes with a deep-seated passion for cooking from a very young age. At the dawn of his career, he mastered his craft working for some of the luxurious European restaurants including the Michelin star La Pergola in Rome and later also Le Bernardin in New York. In 2007, Alessandro brought his culinary expertise to the Middle East by joining the Royal Meridien in Dubai as esteemed Executive Chef. Several years later, after many awards and accolades he decided to open his own restaurant: Bella—a ground-breaking Italian lounge and terrace where guests delight in every bite of a vibrant, ingredient-driven, flavourful and temperamental cuisine!

It was an honour for The Bridge to be represented by Alessandro and his incredible team at The Saudi Food Show. By combining the finest ingredients that we supply from all around the globe, our chef and his team of master artisans prepared impeccable delicacies for our guests. Symphony of flavours that captivate the palate left many attendees speechless and showcased exactly what is obtainable with products of highest standards. His incredible team tirelessly engaged our visitors with a wide variety of meals and crafted gastronomical excellence right in front of them.

Our success at the event would not have been possible without the culinary aptitude and fervent dedication of our gourmets. Their deep commitment, authentic flavours and prestigious work made our vision a reality. The Bridge is profoundly grateful for their essential support and dedicated effort, which truly made a remarkable difference.

We extend our sincere gratitude to the organisers of The Saudi Food Show for hosting us at this industry-changing event.
